Abdikadir Mohamed serves as the Parliament Oversight Project Manager for the Dawlad-Kaab project, overseeing project activities and the Gole Watch platforms on social media. He also provides support for other programmatic and administrative projects.

The Parliament Oversight initiative has established connections between citizens and their representatives through debates, research, and information sharing to enhance citizens’ understanding of the work of the House of Representatives. Abdikadir Mohamed possesses over 10 years of experience in project management, monitoring, evaluation, learning, and data collection and interpretation, utilizing various tools such as ODK, Kobo Collect, SPSS, and others for data processing.

He holds a master’s in Project Planning and Management from Hargeisa University, a BA in Economics, and an LLB.

Deeq Osman is the Integrity Icon project coordinator. He is responsible for running the II Integrity Icon campaign in Somaliland thus providing programmatic as well as administrative support.

The integrity icon campaign builds a new generation of active citizens and responsible leaders around the world. Deeq Osman has over 10 years of experience working on issues related to community development and civil society’s as well as the promotion of effective governance and democracy. Deeq is also a research assistant who extensively covers peace development and governance.

Deeq has a Master’s degree in Governance, Peace, and Development from the University for Peace, a Diploma in Project Planning and Management from Kenya Institute of Management, and a BA with great distinction in Development Studies from Admas University.

Fardous Ali is a Communication Manager for Somaliland’s Good Governance Heroes Campaign. She is responsible for the flow of internal communications within the team, media development strategies, and overall content creation and social media management. She also serves as one of the research staff at ISIR Institute.

Fardous received her bachelor’s in journalism, Media, and Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University. She also has a minor degree in African Studies. Having worked with multiple startups and organizations, Fardous has worked as a prospective journalist, a communications specialist, and a research assistant with a passion for storytelling and a talent for creating compelling narratives across various mediums.

Farah Hassan is the Strategic Communications Assistant at the institute for strategic insights and research (ISIR)) where she works on ISIR’s communication outreach and oversees the design, production, and promotion of ISIR’s research and visual communication products. These include report design and layout, information graphics, data visualizations, and web and interactive design. She also serves as the support officer for the Good Governance Hero Campaign and Golewatch and is a Junior accountant at ISIR.

Prior to joining ISIR , Farah worked as a volunteer for various not-for-profit organizations. Farah received her B.A. in Business Administration and development studies from Admas University and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in General Business Administration at UOH.
