Abdirisak M. Saed is an associate Research fellow at the Institute for Strategic Insights and Research. His research interests focus on a wide range of topics including foreign policy, international maritime disputes, and counter-terrorism.
Mr. Abdirizak is the Associate Dean at the University of Hargeisa’s College of Law.
