Training and Consulting

The Institute for Strategic Insights and Research (ISIR) holds seminars and provides specialized consulting services to a wide range of stakeholders. We train mid-career researchers and also invite study groups from other research centers in an effort to build mutual benefits by way of exchanging different perspectives to advance common understanding on issues that matter to the Horn of Africa region.

ISIR also advises agencies and governmental institutions across the Horn of Africa on topics that include strategy development, risk analysis, public financial management, and improving Data-Driven Decisions.
