Introduction

This research workshop was held at the outset of our series of research trainings, with the second cohort consisting of ISIR affiliate mid-career researchers. The session was divided into two sections. The first covered the facilitator’s experience and best practices accumulated over a decade of intense research experience, which included discussions, experience sharing, and exercises at various stages of the research process with its objectives, income, and expected outcomes.
