Introduction

At the start of our series of research trainings, the first cohort being ISIR affiliate mid-career researchers this research workshop was practical, The session had two segments the first segment covered an experience and best practices accumulated over a decade of intense research experience by the facilitator involving discussions, experience sharing, and exercises at different stages of the research process with its objectives, incomes and expected outcomes.
